Nadi
is still unconscious and in grave condition. After beathing on
her own for a short time, she was put back on the respirator. A
tracheotomy was performed and now she is breathing with the respirator
through the trach. Her left eye sustained injury and they are not
sure of the damage.
Pastor
Christhian tells us that when they pray for her in her presence, her
heart rate goes up. Perhaps this means she can hear and may be
somewhat aware. They have started some physical therapy due to
her bedridden state.
Many
of you know her personally and I know all of you will join us in
lifting her up in prayer, asking for healing of this bright young
woman. She has devoted her life to the ministry of the gospel and
wants nothing less than that God be glorified.
As you know, I'm
not too big on using Facebook, but I will try to post updates there as
I get reports from Managua. Other friends of Nadi are posting to
Facebook so you might check there for the current situation.
