Last August Specialist Jesse Dietrich was killed in
Afghanistan. His wish was to be buried at the Diamond J Youth
Ranch in Gustine, Texas under the big oak tree. In September of
last year, he was laid to rest on the ranch, the place where he spent
formative time that prepared him the be the hero that he became.
