This is required even if you have previously been on a trip with us so that we can ensure that we have your latest passport information, emergency contacts and information for your insurance.
A copy of the first page of your passport
You can give the copy to us directly or scan it and email it to us.

Balance due for total cost of trip (see the payment schedule on the Event Schedule)
If you have supporters who are making donations on your behalf, they should indicate your name on their check or if using PayPal, they should indicate your name in the notes.
